Erik Rolfsen

Erik pulled his first espresso behind the bar at Vancouver's Earls Restaurant in the late 1980s. He has been working to improve his coffee game ever since. He brews with an AeroPress on weekdays and Chemex on the weekend. Erik founded Bean Poet after a coffee-fueled career in journalism, mostly at the Vancouver Province.
